Parked thoughts
Anything that yanks your attention goes here. It keeps until the break — you are not going to forget it.
Plan
Your week, your courses, and the auto-scheduler that turns "I should study" into blocks with a start time.
Study plan
Packs sessions into your free hours, weights by priority and how far each course is from its weekly target, and puts the heaviest course in your best hours.
Manual bridge
no connector neededWhere the .ics lives
Google Calendar → Settings → Settings for my calendars → your calendar → Integrate calendar → download the ICS file. Use this if you ever open the app somewhere the connector is not available.

Tasks
Every task carries an estimate in pomodoros and an activation cost — how hard it is to start, which is the part that actually stalls.
Start with the dread
High-activation tasks in your queue. One 10-minute run at one of these is worth more than an hour of the easy ones.
Load check
Priority matrix
Urgency and importance are different axes, and an attention system that runs on urgency cannot tell them apart from the inside. Two taps per task separates loud from matters before the day gets a vote.
Drag a task between quadrants, or click it for the same choice as buttons. Finished tasks drop out on their own.
Notes
Drag them anywhere. Pinned notes ride along in the focus view; parked ones came from a session you refused to abandon.
Sound
Every layer is synthesised live in your browser — no files, no streaming, works offline. Stack them, then save the stack as a preset.
Layers
Binaural carrier
Headphones requiredTwo tones, one per ear, a few hertz apart. Evidence for entrainment is thin and mixed — treat it as a texture you either like or don't, not medicine.
Your playlists
Spotify, YouTube, anything. Saved here and opened in a new tab — the sandbox won't let them play inside the page.
Why noise helps
Broadband noise gives an understimulated attention system something constant to chew on, so it stops hunting for novelty. Lyrics and podcasts compete with reading — keep those for chores and admin, not for the derivation.
Calm
Regulation tools for the two failure modes: too wound up to start, and too wound up to stop.

for the breakAbout the ADHD Study Pack
Built around the attention you actually have
The Study Pack
A workspace for the two moments that decide a study session: the one where starting feels impossible, and the one where you surface an hour later with no idea where it went.
What is in it
How one block goes
Mood
How you felt, next to what you did. One entry is a shrug; a month of them shows which days treat you well and which ones cost you.
How is it right now?

Statistics
Not a scoreboard. It is evidence about when you actually focus well, and what pulls you off — so the plan can bend to fit it.
Focus minutes per day
Completed focus intervals only — paused and abandoned ones don't count.
When you focus best
Average completed minutes by hour of day, across the range.
Consistency
Each cell is one day; darker means more focus minutes. Streaks are visible as runs, gaps as gaps.
What pulls you away
Tallied during sessions, so it is what actually happened, not what you remember.
Session log
Time by course
Completed focus minutes, ranked.
Setup
Make the app fit how your attention, eyes and ears work. Changes apply at once and follow your account to every device.
Timer
Tune the intervals until they fit your actual attention span, not the 1980s tomato.
Intervals
Account and data
Who you are signed in as, where the workspace is stored, and your backups.
Your data
Export is the whole workspace as plain JSON: your backup, and exactly what gets restored by Import.
