What this extension does
It runs a focus timer from the Chrome toolbar (25, 50, or a 5 minute break). The timer keeps going when the popup is closed and shows the minutes left on the toolbar icon. It can also open the ADHD Study Pack website, with optional keyboard shortcuts and destination buttons. An optional gentle reminder only updates the toolbar badge. There are no desktop notifications.
What is stored
- Your chosen Study Pack URL (defaults to the public site) and the gentle-reminder interval, in Chrome sync storage
- Timer state on this device only: whether it is running, the time left, and how many focus minutes finished today
Sync settings follow your Chrome profile when you are signed into Chrome. Timer state stays in local extension storage and is not sent to us. The extension has no backend of its own.
What is not collected
- No browsing history
- No analytics, ads, or third-party trackers
- No reading of page content on other sites
- No sale or sharing of personal data
The website itself
When you open the Study Pack, the website’s own privacy policy applies: ayanzadeh.com/adhd-study-pack/privacy.html.
